These Refund Terms and Conditions regulate the requirements for cancellation and refund requests regarding the purchase of industrial reports made on the Loxias Intelligence website.
The products marketed by Loxias Intelligence are digital reports sent exclusively in PDF format by email, upon payment via credit card. Product delivery is immediate after payment confirmation.
As this is digital content with immediate delivery, it will not be possible to cancel the purchase or request a refund after the report has been sent to the customer’s email, except in absolutely exceptional cases, subject to analysis and approval by Loxias Intelligence.
If you wish to cancel a purchase before the report is sent, the customer must immediately contact us by email at [email protected], providing the order number and reason for the request. Loxias Intelligence may provide guidance on the cancellation procedures.
In accordance with Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the digital product, provided that the customer has not downloaded, accessed, or used the report.

Requests will be reviewed by Loxias Intelligence, which reserves the right to approve or deny the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via the credit card used for the purchase, within a maximum of 10 (ten) business days.
Loxias Intelligence ensures the protection of customers’ personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 – LGPD). The information collected is used exclusively for processing purchases, customer service, and communication, and is not shared without consent, except when legally required.
